-3+ years of experience in marketing project management or marketing operations, preferably in e-commerce.
-Strong ability to analyze and interpret e-commerce and marketing data to support decisions.
-Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
-Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, , Jira).
-Strong communication skills for sharing insights across technical and non-technical teams.
-Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
