SALARY RANGE: PHP 25,000 to PHP 30,000 per month KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Transaction Recording and Journal Entries Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in the accounting system. Prepare and process journal entries for accruals, adjustments, and corrections. Ensure proper documentation and classification of financial transactions in line with Company policies and accounting standards. General Ledger and Reconciliation Maintain and update general ledger accounts and reconcile them regularly. Reconcile bank statements and investigate financial discrepancies. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable transaction, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Period-End Closing and Reporting Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Prepare financial reports, summaries, and budgetary data as required. Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial information to Management. Audit Support and Compliance Organize and maintain accounting documents and records for audit and compliance purposes. Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Other Accounting-related Tasks Perform other bookkeeping-related tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Chairwoman. Support special projects, campaigns, or initiatives as required to achieve business objectives. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, or related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle, or similar platforms) .
