The Sales Order Management Officer ensures efficient and effective administration of Installation Operations and Procedures. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Book installation dates into scheduling system. Answer customer queries and continually update them throughout the installation process Answer customer queries and continually update them throughout the installation process. Submit Energy Retailer & Distributor Grid Connection applications. Generate Purchase Orders for installation and send to relevant installer. Check Sales Orders pushed to EXO from SAM is correct and amend as required, including performing a "reasonableness" check of system details and STC quantity. Convert Sales Orders to invoices and print picking slip prior to installations. Create SG Handover / Customer Information Pack. On job completion - Receive completed job folders from installer, ensure all documents are completed in accordance with the Contractor Agreement. Ensure all relevant job documents/photos are uploaded to the electronic database (Formbay) including check of serial numbers uploaded. Ensure that payment has been taken for each installation when due and follow up on outstanding payments. Assist in the completion of Formbay processing. Setup of online monitoring platforms/portals. Submit Retailer Paperwork for grid connections & meter upgrades. Receipt Purchase Orders in EXO once all job documents are completed. Liaising with customers and installers in relation to installations End of Month Duties - including completion and action of open PO listings, Open SO listings invoicing & receipting, answering all EOM inquiries from HO accounting departments. Meet End of month and end of financial deadlines. Assist in answering and processing of Credit Card Payments. Assist in entering clear notes of all customers enquires into SAM, including Sales & Service. Who we are looking for Bachelor of Business Administration or similar Has experience with Sales and Order Management Good data entry speed and accuracy (High level attention to detail) Advanced MS office skills including Word and Excel Strong Customer Service Skills Strong Administrative Background Excellent written and verbal communication skills Show more Show less
