This is a key sales leadership role under the Enterprise Business responsible for driving the growth of our sales and revenue generation team. This position involves shaping the sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and delivering results. Key responsibilities: 1. Sales Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and provide coaching and guidance. 2. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company&aposs strategic goals. Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competition to refine the sales strategy. 3. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. Monitor the progress of opportunities and guide the team in closing deals. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 5. Sales Process Optimization: Implement and optimize sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency. Identify areas for automation and technology enhancement to streamline sales operations. 6. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to executive leadership. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Graduate of any business-related courses. With at least 15-20 years of sales or business development experience with proven leadership capacity.
