- Drive client acquisition by identifying, targeting, and onboarding new corporate and institutional clients to grow the banks portfolio while also managing and expanding an existing client base, nurturing long-term relationships and serving as a trusted financial advisor.
- Conduct end-to-end credit analysis including financial modeling, credit evaluation, due diligence, and risk assessment to recommend and structure financing solutions.
- Originate, structure, and cross-sell banking products such as corporate loans, trade finance, cash management, treasury solutions, and investment services.
- Leverage industry insights and market intelligence to anticipate client needs and propose innovative financial solutions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal credit policies, and risk management frameworks while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively manage risks, ensuring credit quality and profitability.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Candidates with TCP (Trust Certified Professional) or SEC Fixed Income Market Salesman certifications are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in trust banking, account management, or related fields.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to match client needs with banking solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
