Job DescriptionWhat you will doFulfill Complaint Handling role responsibility and ensure customer satisfactionRegister, follow up complaints and process all customer enquiries (mainly technical) and monitor/support until closureGenerate initial 8D reports with complaint historyReceive and process customer inbound calls, e-mails, mails/packages, organizing conference calls whenever necessaryCooperate with internal/external stakeholdersGenerate customer complaint reports, dashboards and presentations when requestedContribute on EEN (EOS/ESD/No trouble found) reduction programUse and maintain customer CoHa portals and processesSupport local CSC on 8D generation for logistic complaintsFeedback customer specific quality requirements / expectations towards Quality Management and SQEsSupport projects for key customer(s) together with our SQEs and our admin based in the PhilippinesWhat you will needMaster/Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electronics or QualityManagement•Knowledge of semiconductors Failure Analysis TechniquesKnowledge of quality systems, failure analysis tools, flows, techniques and methodology (8D, 3x5Why, Ishikawa, risk assessment etc…)Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processesFluent English (both written & verbal)Excellent communication, persuasive and interpersonal skillsGood negotiation capabilities with both internal & external customers.Flexible and self-organizedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWhy work for us?Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and growthA commitment to workplace safety and employee well-beingAn innovative and dynamic work environmentTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
