WORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays POSITION TYPE: Full Time WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage the CEO&aposs complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel Prioritize and manage incoming emails, drafting responses and flagging urgent matters Serve as a primary point of contact, professionally representing the CEO and the company in all communications, both internal and external Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents Utilize Canva to design visually appealing presentations, reports, social media graphics, and other internal/external communication materials Assist in creating compelling visual content that aligns with our brand Create and maintain spreadsheets, organize data, and assist with basic financial tracking or expense reporting Provide support on various projects, including tracking deadlines, organizing resources, and facilitating communication among team members Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items for key meetings Coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive, preferably a CEO Proficiency in Canva and a strong portfolio demonstrating creative design capabilities for business contexts Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Demonstrated ability to manage spreadsheets and contribute to basic project management tasks Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals Show more Show less
