- Develop, maintain and enhance front-end solutions for websites, services and applications across assigned platforms.
- Identify front-end related issues and proactively propose effective and sustainable solutions.
- Apply front-end development best practices, coding standards and quality guidelines.
- Ensure that websites, applications and digital solutions are aligned with security standards and best practices.
- Perform code reviews to identify improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to standards.
- Deliver modular, clean, structured and maintainable code ensuring correct rendering across browsers and devices.
- Analyze requirements and propose optimal front-end implementation approaches.
- Contribute to ad-hoc development activities and collaborate with peers to review and improve code.
- Integrate front-end solutions with existing and new back-end systems, APIs and services.
- Support front-end integration and activities related to third-party tools and services within the assigned technology stack.
- Support content and visual assets management by binding and rendering structured content and assets within front-end components, templates and application logic, within the assigned platforms and integrations.
- Optimize assigned solutions, products and services according to SEO, accessibility and performance guidelines.
- Support front-end activities related to A/B testing and experimentation using the assigned tools and platforms.
- Support front-end activities related to personalization, user segmentation and user group targeting.
- Monitor web traffic, user engagement and front-end related KPIs, and propose improvement actions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, guidelines and process descriptions.
- Support testing of new functionalities and features.
- Collaborate closely with back-end, content management, QA, marketing and other cross-functional teams.
- Perform compliance checks and follow-up actions, according to role level.
- Participate in knowledge sharing, mentoring and capability building activities within the team, according to role level.
- Support project planning, task estimation and delivery tracking for front-end development activities, according to role level.
- Prepare progress reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders, according to role level.
- University degree ideally in Computer Science, Digital Technologies, Digital Media, Digital Communication or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Good communication skills (team collaboration, calls, chat, email, etc) in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in a corporate and multicultural environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility, adaptability and professionalism.
- Good time management and ability to meet delivery expectations.
- Ability to work within Agile delivery frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
- Basic understanding of analytics, monitoring and optimization concepts.
- Ability to use ticketing and workflow tools.
- Meeting deliverable requirements, KPIs & SLAs.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills; ability to work independently or in teams.
