Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo / eCommerce) - 3+ years experience

- Write and send daily email campaigns that drive engagement and sales
- Build, optimize, and expand automated flows (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, winback, VIP, reactivation, etc.)
- Create customer segments based on behavior, purchase history, and lifecycle stage
- Analyze performance (deliverability, opens, CTR, revenue per send) and run A/B tests
- Maintain email list health, cleaning, and monitoring deliverability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align emails with product launches, promotions, and the content calendar
- Ensure emails follow brand voice, are mobile-friendly, and adhere to best practices
- Handle light design work in Canva or Klaviyo's editor (no heavy creative needed)
- Stay current on email marketing trends and best practices to keep us ahead of competitors
- 3+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience (must be able to build flows, campaigns, and segments from scratch)
- Solid understanding of Shopify (products, customer data, integrations)
- Experience with SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo SMS, Attentive, Postscript, etc.)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for troubleshooting email formatting
- Strong copywriting skills - natural, conversational, persuasive (not robotic or AI-generated)
- Data-driven mindset: you know how to read numbers and react to them
- Comfortable doing light creative tweaks in Canva or similar tools
- Able to work full-time (40 hours/week)
- Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time for at least 4 hours per day (the rest of the schedule can be flexible)
