Job Description: The role is responsible for the regular assessment of processes and policies to strengthen the overall control environment and driving initiatives to reduce unnecessary costs and prevent unwanted leakages that result in financial losses. Assesses the adequacy and effectiveness of process and policy controls. Conducts data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Drives the implementation of initiatives to strengthen the overall control environment, based on findings from audits and assessments. Prepares and maintains dashboards and reports in a timely manner for management review. Requirements: Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years internal audit, project management, and process improvement experience (non-accounting). Experience in e-commerce, logistics or related industries is an advantage. Proficient in collecting and analyzing complex data to generate actionable insights. Strong project management skills with proven experience in leading cross-functional and company-wide initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced and complex environments. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, project dashboards, and AI platforms.
