REQ13125 Analyst, Internal Audit & Internal Control Compliance (Open Date: 12/08/2025)POSITION SUMMARY:The Analyst, Internal Audit & Internal Control Compliance performs risk based audits according to the company’s Annual Audit Plan and analyses the effectiveness of internal controls and standard operating procedures across the company.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Technical Aspect
Assesses the adequacy and effectiveness of financial, IT, operational and compliance controls of the Company's operations, through the performance of risk-based audits.
Performs risk assessments across the Company.
Recommends improvements to strengthen the overall control environment, based on findings from audits and risk assessments.
Performs special reviews and investigations as required.
Ad Hoc
Performs tasks and/or fulfill responsibilities that may be assigned by management and/or immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:Experience
Minimum of 2 years' internal or external audit experience, preferably gained from a Big 4 CPA firms. CPA, CIA, CFE, CRMA or other professional certifications desired.
Experience in gaming, hotels or construction industries will be an asset.
Knowledge in planning and performing duties on risk-assessed basis and good understanding of IT application and general controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and Computer Assisted Audit Techniques.
Education
Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines, with recognized accounting professional qualifications.
Skills / Competencies
Knowledge in planning and performing duties on risk-assessed basis and a good understanding of IT application and general controls would be desirable.
Knowledge of COSO model of internal control assessment would be an advantage.
Knowledge of SOX documentation and evaluation and experience in assessing business risk under AS/NZS 31000:2009 would be an advantage.
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Filipino.
