Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree holder of Human Resources, Psychology, and or any business related courses Has more than a year of extensive background in handling talent acquisition Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various techniques and strategies Experienced with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment and onboarding) Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner Experience in volume hiring and technical recruitment is an advantage Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Knowledge in data analytics and HRIS is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other related software applications Other competencies: Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Great attention to detail Outstanding communication skills Results oriented; experience driving and execution on HR objectives
