- Brief highlight reels showcasing the candidate’s top metrics, wins, and relevant experience.
- Write 60–90 personalized cold emails per day (~300–450 per week) using LinkedIn profiles.
- Ensure each opener is authentic, conversational, and tailored to the recipient.
- Maintain a steady 8-hour/day workflow, balancing speed with quality.
- Collaborate with the outreach team to refine messaging that drives responses.
- Improve continuously by analyzing reply-rate data and applying team feedback.
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting, outbound sales, or SDR roles with a focus on personalized messaging.
- Writing experience required
- Proven ability to write persuasive, concise, and natural-sounding copy, particularly opening paragraphs for cold emails.
- Exceptional written English with a conversational, human tone and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to write quickly without sacrificing quality, producing measurable results such as high reply rates and interviews.
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and outbound email best practices.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven remote environment.
- Understanding of what makes an email worth replying to (SDR, sales, or cold outreach experience preferred).
