- Conduct outbound prospecting primarily via email to set qualified meetings
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Personalize outreach messaging to maximize engagement and response rates
- Manage and track outreach activity, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling in CRM
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy and messaging
- Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest improvements
- 3-6 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role with a focus on email outreach and meeting setting
- Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with CRM and outreach platforms
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be proficient in Gmail, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Pipedrive
- Experience with email sequencing/personalization tools, calendar scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly), and basic data enrichment platforms preferred
