Role Description We're looking for an Technical and Solution Sales Person on a full-time, fully remote basis. You will: Ignite and qualify a steady stream of leads across target segments over the telephone. Nurture and expand key accounts through daily engagement and strategic follow-up. Collaborate with engineering, operations and marketing to craft compelling, technically-accurate proposals. Design and iterate sales plays that hit agreed targets and accelerate pipeline velocity Commercial flair and technical curiosity are critical. You'll thrive in an early-stage environment with high levels of ambiguity and where agility and resourcefulness drive success. A company laptop will be provided for the successful candidate. Qualifications Demonstrated success in inside sales and lead generation within technical, industrial or start-up contexts. Knowledge of optical fibre connectivity and cable products. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships remotely Exceptional communicator, able to demystify complex technology into clear business benefits Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable operating with minimal supervision Prior exposure to optical-fibre, telecommunications or adjacent industries highly regarded Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent professional experience It is acceptable if candidates do not have direct optical fibre experience, however we would ask for candidates that have a technical sales background.
