You will play a key role in driving the company&aposs sales and revenue growth by doing cold calling to potential business owners. This position requires a strong ability to build relationship, handle objections, and meet set targets. Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential businesses from provided leads or cold calling lists. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Be able to understand, do a sales pitch and provide online demo (webinar) of the product. Engage in active listening to understand business needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Effectively handle objections and address concerns to maximize sales opportunities. Requirements: Willing to work fully onsite in Makati City from 9:00PM to 6:00AM Philippine Time (9:00AM to 6:00PM EST) with fixed weekends off. Minimum of 1 to 2 years recent experience in Outbound Sales Cold Calling with excellent English proficiency is a MUST . Must be fluent in English (preferably C2 proficiency level). Working experience with Business-to-Business sales techniques and understanding of Business-to-Business sales process. Experience using CRM Salesforce is a plus. Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
