- Minimum 2 years in BrokerForce or comparable outsourcing environments
- Ability to lead a team, provide advice and guidance on handling certain situations such as escalations, service degradations etc.
- Highly motivated and with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role working for C-Level or senior leaders/business owners
- Knowing and understanding the standard of staff we are recruiting is very important.
- Loan processing/CSM experience to be able to adequately mentor and coach staff and provide coaching specific to their deliverables (tasks, industry).
- Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and be proactive.

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role working for C-Level or senior leaders/business owner
- Maintain strong relationships with Australian mortgage business stakeholders.
- Understand stakeholder needs, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Act as primary point of contact for Australian stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with their team members.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the BrokerForce and Outsource teams. Provide guidance, ensure high productivity and quality of work. Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
- Monitor team performance, encourage feedback from brokers, and provide coaching when necessary.
- Achieve agreed-upon KPIs as per the AU stakeholders.
- Streamline processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensured compliance with companywide quality control measures to uphold the utmost level of service quality.
- Managed risks associated with an offshore operation and upheld data security standards.
- Effectively and promptly handle any problems, worries, or issues raised by stakeholders or team members.
