- Process loan applications using the customer-specific tool
- Ensure all loan-related data is entered accurately and promptly in client systems, with strong attention to detail due to the financial nature of the work
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of each loan transaction in the client’s tools and systems
- Ensure all communications and actions are documented immediately and correctly
- Respond to all emails from clients and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate closely with team members, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth loan processing
- At least 1 year of BPO work experience
- Financial background is a plus
- Excellent verbal & written English skills
- Has email support experience
- Amenable working onsite in Makati
- Willing to work night shift
