- Leads the HR department in various administrative, strategic, and developmental functions
- Establishes processes and policies in relation to the business plans and objectives of the company
- Oversees the performance and productivity of the Group People Operations Team
- Oversees and runs the daily operations of the People Operations department
- Reviews and ensures compliance with labor laws and other relevant government policies and requirements
- Create basic safety policies and procedures for the benefit of the company
- Review and ideate plans on how to improve current company compensation and benefits that will benefit both the company and the employees
- Oversees timekeeping compliance and process
- Oversees the end-to-end process of employee relations (incident reports to disciplinary cases)
- Assists in conducting interviews for managerial requirements
- Implements strategic and cost-effective recruitment plans and selection processes
- Conceptualizes, designs, plans, and executes HR Programs to help build and foster the core values of the company
- Analyze exit interview survey data to help improve overall employee experience
- Initiates process improvements and implementation based on the business plans and company objectives
- Assists the Head of People Operations in creating HR policies, documentation of processes and procedures, and ensures effective implementation and communication to the employees
- Assists the Head of People Operations in creating SOPs and SLAs, and ensures compliance of the team
- Initiates and collects HR metrics, data analysis, data reporting, and presents to the Head of People Operations
- Assists in the resolution of escalated issues forwarded by direct reports
- In charge of Team schedules, workload, leave, OT approvals, and business continuity planning
- Oversees the training and management of Team productivity and efficiency
- Conducts bi-annual performance evaluation for Team / direct reports
- Communicates Management directives and department goals to Team / direct reports
- Produces quality outputs that meet Service Level Agreements for internal and external stakeholders
- Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time
- Lives out the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization
- Adheres to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, SOPs, work instructions, and protocols
- Ensures that Team / direct reports comply to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, SOPs, work instructions, and protocols
- College Graduate: Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course.
- At least 6 years of HR experience in Compensation and Benefits, Compliance, Employee Engagement, and/or Recruitment
- Experience in building/structuring HR processes/policies from scratch is a must
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- Can communicate effectively and spontaneously without much difficulty
- Can produce detailed and well-structured texts on a wide range of subjects
