Sleek has been recognised by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as one of the fastest growing companies in Asia.Backed by world-class investors, we are on track to be one of the few cash flow positive, tech-enabled unicorns based out of Singapore.Requirements:We are looking for a Client Manager (Australia) that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes.Mission:Oversee a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of accounting and tax services. Lead a team of junior and senior accountants to achieve a high client satisfaction.Outcomes: * Provide accounting and tax services to a portfolio of Australian startup and SME clients

Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients
BAS preparation and submission
Tax return preparation and submission
Provide supervision and control for remote bookkeeping clients
Advising and engaging with clients on various accounting & taxation matters
Hire, train, nurture and grow a team of like minded accountants

To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients and you will most likely be located in the Philippines.We are looking for someone is experienced within the following:

Team management - hiring, training, nurturing a team of ambitious accountants
Managing a portfolio of SME clients with scope ranging from bookkeeping to taxation services
Excellent command of client communication and delivery organisation

You will leverage your strong infrastructure and development skills in post-incident reviews to find the underlying cause of failures and prevent future incidents.The Interview ProcessThe successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages.
