- Familiar with Jira, Adobe Workfront, and design basics
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Comfortable with EMEA shift
- Remote-ready or able to work onsite in BGC
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Team Support: Collaborate with project teams, including designers and other specialists, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Client Communication: Support client interactions by providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing inquiries.
- Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and materials to complete their tasks.
