Duties and Responsibilities: Daily Operations: (1) Supervise canteen staff (cooks, servers, cleaners) and ensure efficient service (2) Address customer (employees/students) feedback and resolve complaints (3) Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation Menu & Inventory: (1) Manage food and consumables inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste (2) Liaise with vendors for timely deliveries and negotiate pricing (3) Plan cost-effective, nutritious menus in collaboration with cooks. Hygiene & Safety: (1) Enforce strict compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, local health codes) (2) Conduct regular cleanliness inspections of kitchen/dining areas Financial Oversight: (1) Track daily sales, expenses (2) Prepare monthly reports on canteen profitability and cost-saving opportunities Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any field Technical Skills: (1) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.); (2) Excellent in verbal and written communication skills in English, Tagalog, and Mandarin is required.
