We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director to lead and oversee operations in a BPS (Business Process Services) environment. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the BPO industry, with proven experience in managing large-scale operations and delivering exceptional performance, particularly in the Life & Annuities (L&A) sector.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage BPO operations, ensuring performance and service delivery targets are consistently met.
  • Oversee a large team with a minimum of 500 full-time employees (FTEs).
  • Drive operational excellence, process improvement, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support growth and efficiency.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and mentor senior management teams
