- Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies for corporate clients
- Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and negotiation strategies
- Guide clients through the entire leasing process, from needs assessment to lease execution
- Oversee multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- Set performance targets and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Stay at the forefront of office market trends, including new developments and tenant movements
- Conduct and oversee in-depth market research and analysis
- Prepare and present market reports and forecasts to clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate decision-makers
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
- Lead complex lease negotiations on behalf of tenants
- Oversee the preparation of financial analyses and lease comparisons
- Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize lease agreements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate accounts
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Manage client expectations and resolve any issues that arise
- Contribute to the overall strategy of the Office Leasing Advisory division
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-functional efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- 4-10 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on office leasing and tenant representation is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully advising corporate clients on their real estate strategies
- In-depth knowledge of the Philippine office market, including submarkets, pricing trends, and key players
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- PRC Real Estate Broker's License is a plus
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while managing details
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and client-centric approach
