- Hands-on with client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate and build relationships with clients.
- Works collaboratively with the Department's Market Analyst Group on client submission for project briefings, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses, and reports.
- Prepare and conduct pitches and presentations.
- Coordinate and conduct site inspection for clients.
- Process documentation related to transaction management, building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, and the likes
- Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients
- Provide updates and feedback with the assistance of our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients' post-sales support
- Organize and facilitate various client engagement activities
- Open for Fresh Graduates of Economics, Business Administration and Statistics
- College graduate of any business or research related courses;
- Research Skills

- Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus
- Professionals with work experience in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, and Brokerage are encouraged to apply
