What You Will Do Manage, lead, and deliver desired project and program outcomes (from conceptualization to benefits realization) through the appropriate delivery framework (plan-driven, agile or hybrid) Lead the creation of documents required for leadership and/or the enterprise. (Sr PM) At 7 years of professional experience, preferably in IT. (PM) Working knowledge of various project delivery frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma etc.) Excellent verbal communication (Filipino and English). Experience in tailoring communication (verbal and written) to deal with all levels in the organization, ie, from frontline people to Executive commitee.
