The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing key business projects within our organisation, ensuring successful delivery on time and with excellent quality. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our product and services.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of business stakeholders, developers, designers, and other project members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to excel in their roles.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project status updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality changes.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English
  • Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.
  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in a numerical field (e.g. Computer Science, Finance or similar)
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver process and efficiency improvements.
Nice to haves
  • PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification.
  • Mandarin is a plus.
  • Experience as a Project Manager in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
  • Crypto trading experience.
