We are a fast-growing eCommerce business managing 600+ SKUs across multiple brands and marketplaces. Amazon Vendor and Seller Central are at the heart of our growth strategy. We are looking for a detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Assistant to support our Operations team.Role Overview
This role is focused on Amazon Vendor Central operations - managing purchase orders, invoices, shipments, and compliance tasks. You will work closely with our Senior Operations Manager to ensure smooth supply chain processes, accurate reporting, and efficient order fulfilment. Reliability, accuracy, and strong attention to detail are essential.Key Responsibilities
- Amazon Vendor Central Operations - Process and update POs, confirm/reject stock, create invoices, track deliveries, and resolve shortages/returns.
- Logistics Coordination - Support booking shipments, preparing required documentation, and monitoring deliveries into Amazon fulfilment centres.
- Invoicing & Chargebacks - Assist with raising invoices, reviewing Amazon charges, and disputing chargebacks.
- Inventory & Reporting - Maintain accurate stock records, monitor replenishment needs, and provide regular reporting on fulfilment and account health.
- Cross-Team Support - Work closely with operations, warehouse, and buying teams to ensure smooth coordination across the supply chain.Skills & Experience
Amazon Vendor Central experience is a must (1-2 years minimum).
Strong understanding of Vendor operational processes (POs, invoicing, chargebacks, shortages).
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central operations (FBA replenishments, dispatch updates) is an advantage.
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, reporting).
Excellent attention to detail - accuracy is critical.
Reliable, process-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong written and spoken English for clear communication.What We Offer
