- Assist the Sales and Marketing team in all phases of the sales process (pre-selling, selling, and after-sales)
- Prepare and maintain sales and marketing materials such as sales maps, price lists, presentations, and promotional content
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of buyer requirements prior to reservation and booking
- Coordinate with buyers, agents, and brokers regarding requirements, schedules, and transaction updates
- Liase with the Documentation team for submission and processing of after-sales requirements
- Monitor and update all sales transactions in the system
- Prepare transmittalas and ensure proper turnover of documents to concerned departments
- Receive and record client payments, ensuring proper documentation and reporting of discrepancies
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including production and performance tracking
- Assist in managing and updating company social media platforms and marketing channels
- Coordinate sales events, site visits, tripping schedules, and client meeetings
- Provide support in client inquiries and ensure high level of customer service
- Maintain organized records of all sales-related documents and communications
- Report issues, concerns, and irregularities to the head office promptly
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management (BS REM), Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Management, or other equivalent courses
- At least two (2) years of experience in sales coordination, real estate, or administrative report
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in real estate sales, property transactions, or related field
- Proven experience in handling client transactions
- Background in real estate sales or property development is preferred
- Strong understanding of real estate processes and basic property transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle coordination with buyers, agents, and brokers professionally
- Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Creative and knowledgeable in social media platforms
- Willing to do fieldwork when required
