Description: 1.Manage sales/promotion activities of his/her territory 2.Achievement of sales target based on agreed budget 3.Achievement of agreed unit sales target 4.Special Project Implementation of the Principals 5.Monthly territory program fulfillment of at least 95% 6.Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational reports 7.Monitoring of marketing opportunities 8.From time to time asked to deliver stocks to their respective customers 9.Organize special promotional activities and customer servicing 10.They are under the supervision of the District Manager. Duties and Responsibilities: Qualifications: Male or Female, Graduate of a 4-yr course (Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Marketing or equivalent), With at least 6 months experience in Sales (preferable with working exp. in pharma industry) With pleasing personality, hardworking, with above average verbal and written communication skills. Can do multi-tasking can work under pressure Requirements: Skills: Good Communication (listening, verbal, written), Leadership/Management, Public Speaking, Networking, Decision-Making, Interpersonal Abilities, Adaptability/Flexibility, Fast Learner
