Job Description :

Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in legal services or may benefit from our assistance.

Qualify leads by gathering necessary information about their case or legal needs.

Clearly communicate the value of our legal services and answer basic inquiries.

Schedule appointments or consultations with our attorneys.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and messaging.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets for calls and appointments set.

RequirementsExperience in Outbound Calling or Sales:1–3 years of experience in a call center, legal intake, sales, or client outreach role, preferably in a legal or service-based industry.Strong Communication Skills:Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.Ability to explain legal services clearly and professionally to a non-legal audience.Client-Centered Approach:Empathetic and patient demeanor with a focus on understanding client needs.Ability to build trust quickly and establish rapport over the phone.Organizational and Time Management Skills:Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.Strong attention to detail in record-keeping and case intake.Technical Proficiency:Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Clio, HubSpot) to track and update client interactions.Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.Results-Driven:Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets, including appointment setting and lead conversion rates.Team Collaboration:Ability to work closely with legal and marketing teams to align on goals, messaging, and client qualification standards.Legal or Claims Industry Knowledge (Preferred):Familiarity with legal terminology or experience in a law firm, legal intake, or insurance claims environment is a plus.
