Outbound/Inbound Sales Representatives

• Answer inbound calls from residential and commercial customers regarding HVAC services (repairs, maintenance, installations, estimates)

• Make outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments, provide quotes, or check on previous service calls.

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions based on provided guidelines

• Schedule service appointments accurately in coordination with dispatch teams

• Provide pricing, warranty, and service information clearly and professionally

• Maintain up-to-date customer records and call notes in the CRM system.

• Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate internal team

• Meet quality assurance and service level benchmarks set by the client

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center or phone-based customer service/sales role (HVAC or trades industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of HVAC services, terminology, and common customer concerns

• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills

• Experience using CRM or dispatch software is an advantage.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working remote or in a BPO setting with flexible shifts if needed
