- Coordinate offer generation and approvals for high-volume roles across various functions and locations, ensuring alignment with hiring timelines and business needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to confirm role requirements, compensation details, and candidate information prior to offer release
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in offer documentation, including job titles, compensation packages, and employment terms
- Facilitate smooth handoff from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring candidates receive timely and professional communication regarding their offers
- Support pre-boarding activities, including background checks, document collection, and system updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Maintain and update offer tracking dashboards, providing visibility into offer status, acceptance rates, and onboarding readiness
- Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing clear guidance and support throughout the offer and onboarding process.
- Monitor and report offer-related metrics, such as offer acceptance rate, time-to-offer, and onboarding completion timelines
- Stay informed on market trends and internal policy changes that impact offer structuring and onboarding practices
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on BPO recruitment or high-volume hiring
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment
- Proven solid decision-making skills
