Job Summary: We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist with at least three years of hands-on experience in driving business efficiency and operational excellence. This role requires someone who is analytical, collaborative, and capable of working across departments to optimize business workflows, especially within the insurance, finance, contact center, telecommunications, tech, or digital industries . Key Responsibilities: Lead and support process improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma , FMEA , and Value Stream Mapping Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify issues and implement sustainable solutions Utilize BPMN tools (e.g., Visio, Miro) for process modeling and documentation Perform FTE calculations to support workforce optimization and resource planning Drive and support workflow automation and digital transformation projects Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and communicate improvements effectively Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align teams and deliver impactful process changes Work with platforms like Salesforce , AHO , and CPMA as part of process evaluation and system improvement Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field (required) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (required) Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement roles or related projects Familiarity or experience in insurance , finance , contact centers , telecom , tech , or digital industries Proficiency in BPMN tools (Visio, Miro), FTE calculation methods , RCA , FMEA , and Value Stream Mapping Experience working with Salesforce , AHO , or CPMA tools is a strong advantage Preferred Experience: Involvement in workflow automation or digitalization initiatives Participation in client-facing or contact center process improvement efforts Experience in cross-functional project teams and transformation projects Soft Skills: Stakeholder Communication: Able to manage and influence stakeholders across all levels, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus Analytical Thinking: Uses structured thinking and data to identify root causes and evaluate improvement opportunities Collaboration: Actively contributes to team discussions, respects diverse perspectives, and adapts to team needs Work Setup: Hybrid (Subject for negotiation) Shift: Day Shift (Flexitime) Location: BGC, Taguig Salary: Open to discuss depending on the career level Show more Show less
