
Senior Account Manager

- Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients (real estate agencies, franchises, and enterprise accounts).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, adoption, and ongoing account strategy.
- Deliver strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance, branding, and ROI.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on account health, usage, and performance.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and ensure client satisfaction and retention goals are met.
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services for a SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and automation workflows (experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or CRMs is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level accounts and drive growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous but not required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
