- Facilitates regular merchandising material requests (Monthly MRF), production & delivery.
- Monitors merchandising compliance by programming the campaigns for merch installation submission in web portal. Facilitates compliance. status updates for TMG use to rally their respective RBUs to achieve 100% timely submission.
- Processes, tracks and completes vendor invoice payments for Marketing related purchases.
- Accrual Management - Manages timely submission of yearly accruals.
- Budget Management - Reviews monthly Trade Marketing Cost Center expenses.
- Dispute Management - Resolves dispute cases submitted by Franchised stores.
- Assists in planning, conducting, and facilitating specific Marketing group engagement activities to create organization health and employee satisfaction within Marketing team.
- Collaborates with HR and internal subject matter experts for the purpose of designing, conducting, and evaluating activities content, methods, materials, and program scheduling.
- Performs other jobs, tasks or expertise-related assignments for development and/or share expertise to support the department's mandate or the organization's objectives.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing or any Business related course.
- At least 1 year of experience as Administrative Assistant or Brand Specialist in FMCG, Restaurant or Retail Industry involved in trade / retail/ merchandising/ channels programs, projects, or processes is preferred.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working set-up
