Job Title: Business Development Manager - Day Shift Location: Onsite - Makati Employment Type: Full-Time (Internal) Industry: Outsourcing & Offshoring (BPO) Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our BPO sales efforts, with a strong focus on the Across globe SME market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, understands the nuances of selling to small and medium-sized enterprises, and can build trust with founders who may be new to outsourcing. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify global SMEs across industries such as healthcare, e-commerce, fintech, logistics, and professional services that are ready to explore outsourcing. Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline using CRM and sales enablement tools. Educate SME decision-makers on the benefits of outsourcing and how offshore teams can drive efficiency and growth. Lead the full sales cycle-from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing. Address objections and build trust with SME founders and executives who may be new to outsourcing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients. Track performance metrics, forecast pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry. Proven success in selling to SMEs in international markets. Strong understanding of global outsourcing trends and SME pain points. Ability to build a qualified list of 50+ prospects within 30 days through outbound strategies. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for helping businesses scale.
