What the role will entailDesign, implement, and evaluate talent management programs aligned with the Banks strategic priorities and growth objec tives.Drive efficiency and consistency across People processes through data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improv ement.Partner with Business Units and People Centers of Excellence to deliver a seamless employee experience and responsive se rvice.Champion organizational development by advising on workforce planning, talent initiatives, and supporting change management and engagement strat egies.Ensure regulatory and policy compliance, maintain robust documentation, and deliver actionable talent analytics through reports and dashb oards. What we&aposre look ing forBachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any relate d fieldMinimum 3 years of talent management experience, preferably within banking or financial services, with strong proficiency in HR systems, performance tools, and learning pla tforms.Proven ability to manage projects, analyze data, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams to drive talent initiatives and influence stakeh olders.Well-rounded expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), Microsoft tools, HR platforms (LMS, performance and succession systems), and talent analytics tools paired with working knowledge of Banking regulations and HR comp liance.
