Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledge and skills in bookkeeping and accounting procedures Has knowledge of spreadsheets and financial reports Assist in the inventory of equipment and supplies Able to compose correspondence, organize records and assist in compliance Able to do bank reconciliation and aging of receivables Prepare and submit documentary requirements with banks, private, and government agencies like the SSS, BIR, Quezon City Hall etc. and Assist and prepare for strategic planning and annual budget. Qualifications: With good oral and written communication skills Adept in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom Able to do multiple tasks related to accounting and administrative work Able to do field work with government agencies and clients/members Has ability to analyze and solve problems Undergo and participate in continuous training and work with a team.
