JOB SUMMARY: Sales & Leasing Associate supports business growth by driving tenant occupancy and revenue generation through strategic sales and leasing initiatives. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferably with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Leasing, Marketing-related work. Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, capacity to work independently or within the team, result-driven and proactive attitude. Motivated self-starter with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute end-to-end sales and leasing transactions for assigned properties, ensuring alignment with business targets and timelines. Liaise with internal departments and financial institutions to ensure the timely coordination of the title transfer and fulfillment of bank requirements, including related documentation. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and a high standard of customer service. Collaborate withthe marketing team in the development and execution of strategic campaigns to attract qualified buyers and tenants. Prepare and submit reports on sales and leasing activity, and client engagement to support data-driven decision making.
