Description & RequirementsDesigns & develops learning products to support the use of Infor software for internal and external learners. Effective training improves customer satisfaction & retention by enabling successful use of Infor products. This a remote work position based in Manila with no travel requirement.A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Collaborate with SMEs to identify and acquire product content and knowledge through active listening and source material review
Understand, organize, and integrate this product information to design and develop effective and engaging learning assets
Design course and lesson content and flow
Write learning content using a variety of course authoring tools
Learn and develop additional skills as needed, including new tools, new design approaches, etc.
Complete administrative work such as updating Jira stories, submitting courses to the LMS, scheduling reviews, etc.

What You Will Need:English language fluency (spoken and written) * Ability to partner with stakeholders to understand and synthesize complex information to develop effective learning assets

Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new tools and applications quickly and effectively
High organizational and prioritization skills with an ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
Flexibility to overlap work hours with US business hours to succeed in a virtual global team environment

What Will Put You Ahead?Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field * Demonstrated success using eLearning authoring tools

Experience in developing software application training
Familiarity with Jira and Agile/LLAMA principles
