- Learn and assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory control, customer service, and cleanliness standards.
- Participate in workforce management activities such as scheduling, shift supervision, and crew coaching.
- Support in maintaining food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in line with company policies and government regulations.
- Assist in store administration tasks such as sales reporting, documentation, and stock monitoring.
- Gain exposure to handling customer feedback and resolving issues with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.
- Understand and help drive sales performance by learning sales strategies and store productivity metrics.
- Provide hands-on assistance to store leadership while gradually taking on more responsibilities under their supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in fast food or quick-service environments, is a strong advantage.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Possesses a pleasing personality and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills when interacting with team members and customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to take initiative.
