With strong early traction and global ambitions across Asia, MENA, and beyond, our client is shaping the future of wealth management.The RoleAs a Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our go-to-market function, helping us build a scalable commercial engine from the ground up. You’ll own HubSpot CRM data integrity, design dashboards, and drive process automation—empowering sales, client success, and leadership to move fast and make data-driven decisions.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup environment, loves operational problem-solving, and wants to grow into a senior RevOps leader as the company scales.Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain HubSpot CRM data accuracy and integrity across Sales, CS, and Finance
  • Build dashboards and reports to track funnel performance, conversion rates, and ARR
  • Monitor GTM funnel health, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements
  • Design and implement scalable GTM processes (lead routing, pipeline hygiene, rep enablement)
  • Recommend and implement tools, automations, and AI-driven efficiencies
  • Partner with leadership on forecasting, planning, and incentive structures
  • Support smooth handoffs between teams and accurate revenue recognition across billing systems
Ideal Profile
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building structure in ambiguity.
  • You are process-driven and can translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • You bring 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Operations, ideally within SaaS or Fintech.
  • You have strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, including dashboards, reports, workflows, and process improvements.
  • You are proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, and familiarity with billing or finance tools such as Xero or Chargebee is a plus.
  • You have an analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for efficiency and scalability.
  • You can collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • You take proactive ownership, spotting what is broken and fixing it before being asked.
