Job Description:Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidatesJob Role: Outbound Sales & Onboarding SpecialistCompensation range: $1,200 AUD - $1,600 AUD / Monthly + IncentivesEngagement type: Independent Contractor AgreementWork Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you'll have flexibility in how you manage your time.Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.Who The Client Is: This client operates in the Australian pet space, focusing on helping breeders and pet owners add an extra layer of security when placing animals in new homes. Their model centers around a protection-style program that supports both parties, aiming to reduce risk, build trust, and create a smoother handover process. They take a relationship-led approach, keeping things simple, practical, and easy to adopt, while giving breeders a structured way to stand behind the animals they place.Role Overview: The Breeder Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for outbound prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building with pet breeders to introduce and sign them up to the Protection System.This role is responsible for both bringing new breeders into the system and ensuring they become active by submitting their first litter. It is a phone-based, KPI-driven role suited to someone who is articulate, coachable, confident on the phone, and strong at building trust and follow-through.Prior sales experience is not essential. We are open to candidates from customer service, administration, appointment-setting, or similar backgrounds, provided they have excellent communication skills, strong coachability, and a willingness to follow a proven process.Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling
  • Call breeder leads using the call structure and qualifying questions.
  • Introduce the Protection System clearly, confidently, and professionally.
  • Build rapport with breeders using a warm, no-pressure, relationship-led approach.
  • Handle objections and guide breeders toward sign-up.
  • Breeder Sign-Up
  • Convert suitable breeders into active participants in the Protection System.
  • Clearly explain the value of the program and what is required to get started.
  • Ensure breeders complete the steps required to join the system.
  • Breeder Activation
  • Follow up with newly signed breeders to ensure they begin using the system.
  • Support breeders through to their first litter submission.
  • Maintain momentum and follow-through so signed breeders become active breeders.
  • Pipeline Discipline
  • Keep breeder records and outreach activity updated in HubSpot.
  • Ensure breeder ownership, activity, and status are accurately reflected for KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up habits and clear record keeping.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Must-have
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Clear, professional phone communication that is easily understood by Australian customers.
  • Strong rapport-building and listening skills.
  • High level of coachability and openness to feedback.
  • Strong cultural fit with a friendly, no-pressure, relationship-first approach.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls every day and working to KPI targets.
  • Strong follow-up habits and personal accountability.
Preferred but not essential
  • Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, appointment-setting, or sales support.
  • Experience using HubSpot or another CRM.
  • Exposure to pets, breeders, insurance, or a related industry.
Performance Expectations
  • Performance will be measured across both activity and outcomes.
Input Metrics
  • Attempted Calls = 50-80 per day
  • Connected Calls = 10-20 per day (20-25% from call attempt)
Output Metrics
  • Breeder Sign-Ups = 15-20 per week
  • First Litter Submissions = 20 per month
This role is not just about call volume. Success will be measured by the candidate's ability to convert breeders into the system and ensure those breeders become active by submitting litters.Tools & Systems
  • CRM: HubSpot
  • Reporting: HubSpot dashboards and breeder KPI reporting
  • Calling Scripts & Workflow Templates: Provided by PetsOnMe
  • Communication Channels: Phone, Email, HubSpot Tasks, Google Drive
Deliverables Summary
  • 15-20 breeder sign-ups per week.
  • 20 first litter submissions per month.
  • Consistent daily outbound activity against call and conversation targets.
  • Accurate visibility of breeder activity and progress in HubSpot.
  • Virtual attendance at company meetings as required.
Work Arrangement & Expectations:This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:
  • Be available for meetings and collaboration during core [AEST or PHT] business hours
  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
