- Driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
- Managing key customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term business retention
- Supporting operational execution including shipment coordination, documentation, billing, and reporting
- Collaborating with internal teams (Customer Success, MSDS, and stakeholders) to resolve issues and ensure smooth processes
- Providing guidance on packaging standards and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) compliance
- Supporting training initiatives for new staff and customers on booking procedures and service processes
- Contributing to load planning and providing insights to optimize sales and operations alignment
- Experience in air freight, logistics, or cargo sales, with a strong focus on revenue growth
- Proven track record in sales or account management, particularly in handling key accounts
- Knowledge of proper packaging standards and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR)
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address operational challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with flexibility and adaptability
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
