By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.Job Description As a channel marketing expert, a Channel Design Manager must be able to demonstrate both marketing acumen and passion for integrated marketing communications and marketing technology.The role designs and manages end to end marketing campaigns and always-on marketing efforts grounded on the overall channel marketing strategy to help achieve the channel’s KPIs and business objectives.The role entails collaboration with other Marketing Communications Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams to manage projects smoothly and gets to work closely with the channels' stakeholders to ensure optimum efficiency and productivity to achieve business results.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop the playbook for his or her assigned channel, incorporating integrated marketing communications principles with other communication principles like CRM to form a holistic framework for the channelDevelop and execute GTMs and always-on marketing efforts grounded on the overall channel marketing strategy to help achieve the channel’s KPIs and business objectivesServe as the project lead of Channel GTMs to drive channel KPIs and business objectivesCollaborate with various marketing/business and product teams to build the communication strategy, GTM executions and always-on campaigns of his or her assigned channelWork closely with the channel’s stakeholders on product rollouts and go-to-market strategy hinged on customer needsPartner with other Marketing teams as a Center of Excellence to ensure that the channel is positioned in the most optimized way to drive both the campaign’s KPIs and the channel’s own objectivesKeep up to date and analyze channel performance metrics to help influence the channel’s roadmapREQUIREMENTS:3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications or Integrated Marketing Communications required, preferably in the technology sectorProven track record in execution of successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and conversionExpertise in marketing communications strategies and practicesExpertise in creating and executing marketing campaigns for apps or other channel-specific marketing campaignsExperienced in developing and executing CRM campaignsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.Equal Opportunity Employer
