
Account Manager

- Onboard new Resellers and support ongoing relationship management
- Prepare quotations and approve orders as part of pipeline management
- Facilitate virtual product and process training sessions
- Handle trial requests and follow-up support for Resellers
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
- Coordinate and send out partner communications
- Provide day-to-day support to the Technical Account Management team
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven experience in Software Sales and Licensing
- Knowledge of SaaS and subscription-based solutions (e.g., Jira, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe)
- Strong presentation and communication skills, especially in virtual settings
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Familiarity with a Channel Sales Ecosystem is a plus
- Flexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time.
