Their team focuses on creating functional and sustainable land development plans that bring communities to life. They are currently seeking to expand their remote team with a Civil 3D Design Support Virtual Assistant, an individual who thrives in a technical, backend role and is eager to contribute to high-quality projects with minimal supervision.About the Role: This is a back-end technical role ideal for someone with 1–3 years of civil engineering experience, particularly in residential land development design. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D, a strong communicator, and comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote setting.Key Responsibilities

Execute technical design tasks using Autodesk Civil 3D (grading, alignments, pipe networks, etc.)
Provide backend support for residential development projects
Upload, manage, and organize CAD files and project documents
Revise drawings based on redlines and internal feedback
Follow CAD standards and project specifications consistently
Coordinate with engineers and project managers via Microsoft Teams
Track deadlines, communicate proactively, and ensure timely delivery of work

Qualifications

2+ years of experience using Autodesk Civil 3D (required)
Civil engineering background with a focus on residential site development or public works projects
Familiarity with residential grading, utilities, lot layouts, and BMPs (willing to train on BMPs)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow CAD standards
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good written and verbal communication in English (perfect fluency not required)
Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and cloud-based collaboration platforms
