Remote Employee BPO has a great opportunity for you!Role: AutoCAD Technician - Civil 3D SpecialistSalary: Competitive Basic SalaryBenefits: HMO plus 2 free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential.Work Setup: Work from HomeShift schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Philippine TimeThe AutoCAD Technician Civil 3D Specialist is responsible for producing detailed AutoCAD drawings and Civil 3D models for a range of civil and athletic facility projects.This role will focus on the creation and refinement of site designs and plans for athletic fields, parks, and other site development projects as needed.The individual will work closely with the design team to ensure accurate and efficient design execution, supporting the development of high-quality deliverables that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Utilize AutoCAD and Civil3D to prepare detailed plans for athletic fields, parks, and other site development projects.
Create site grading plans, layout designs, drainage systems, and other technical drawings that align with project objectives.
Assist in the preparation of construction documents, ensuring that all drawings are up to date and accurate.
Review designs and drawings for accuracy, making revisions as necessary to align with project goals and technical specifications.
Support permitting efforts by ensuring all site plans and drawings are compliant with local regulations and codes.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
Attend project meetings and provide technical input on the drafting and design process as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, AutoCAD, and Civil3D software advancements to enhance design quality and efficiency.
Provide ongoing support to the team by troubleshooting design-related challenges and offering solutions.

Qualifications:

Degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
2-5 years of experience working with AutoCAD and Civil3D in site development, civil, or athletic facility design.
Proven experience creating detailed site plans, grading plans, and drainage designs.
Strong understanding of stormwater management, grading, and drainage design principles.
Familiarity with surveying principles and interpreting survey data.

Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D software, with a strong understanding of advanced features and tools.
Ability to generate detailed design plans and construction documents with a focus on precision and detail.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring all drafting work is accurate and conforms to project specifications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Knowledge of industry standards, design criteria, and applicable codes for civil and athletic facility design.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with materials, methods, and equipment used in civil construction and site development.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and address design challenges.
