
HR Reporting and Automation Specialist

- On-time delivery of existing reports and partner with various HR stakeholders for any new report requests or changes in requirements.
- Routine quality checks on reports produced and resolve any issues found with data or production process (escalate to manager whenever necessary).
- Partner with IT in the development and maintenance of our HR reporting data warehouse.
- Assist in the development of automated solutions for our HR processes using state-of-the-art tools.
- Pioneer the integration of new technologies to HR, such as Robotic Process Automation and AI.
- Compliance with company policies around data privacy, security, and retention.
- Graduate of any technical course (IT, Engineering, Math, or Statistics).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in automation using Pathfinder, Python, UIPath, or other RPA platforms in the market.
- Data warehouse experience in Snowflake or using SQL is required.
- Reporting experience from any HR systems (Success Factors) or Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to facilitate meetings and consultations with key stakeholders in HR.
- Self-starter, resourceful, critical thinker, and strong attention to detail.
